Founded in 1989, The Granger Company is a full-service industrial and commercial real estate firm specializing in Los Angeles County properties.

Property management. We manage properties of all sizes and provide related services to real estate owners and investors.
Real estate investment partnerships. We form Real Estate and Trust Deed Partnerships, each containing real estate equity or debt, for individual investors seeking investment opportunities without the responsibility of owning property.
