Mark Granger, Founder and President

Photo of Mark GrangerSince founding The Granger Company in 1989, Mark Granger has built the firm into one of the leading real estate investment and property management companies in Los Angeles County.  With over 20 years of experience in this region, Mark and his team have finalized hundreds of industrial and commercial real estate transactions, as well as gained detailed understanding of the local markets and how they move through times of regional growth.

Mark serves as a principal in many of the firm's real estate investments, which aligns his personal interests with those of his clients.  Over the past decade he has added new business lines to The Granger Company's portfolio of services, including Real Estate Partnerships and Trust Deed Partnerships.  These investment opportunities, combined with brokerage and property management services, have shaped The Granger Company into what it is today - a full service brokerage and investment firm for real estate owners and investors.

Mark graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and has lived in Los Angeles since 1980.  He has been active in local organizations, including the Gardena Chamber of Commerce, the Gardena Economic Development Corporation, the Gardena/Carson YMCA, Rancho Palos Verdes Cub Scouts, and Rancho Palos Verdes AYSO soccer.  He, his wife and two children live in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Brent Daniel, Senior Vice President of Marketing

Photo of Brent DanielBrent Daniel has been a consistent top producer at The Granger Company since he joined the firm in 1994. His experience in the Southern California real estate market, coupled with his financial expertise, has led to a successful career in the leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties in Los Angeles County. Brent manages all major client transactions for The Granger Company and serves as the point of contact for most industrial and office brokerage activity for the firm.

 Brent attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance. Among his numerous commitments to local philanthropic organizations, Brent coaches AYSO soccer, is very active with the San Pedro/Peninsula YMCA, where he is a member of the Y-Princesses program, serves as vice president of Carson’s Kiwanis Club and advises the Key Club at Carson High School. He is also an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association and is a past president and board member of Washington Medical Center’s “Friends & Family” program in Culver City. Brent resides in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife and three daughters. In Brent’s free time, he enjoys live music and kayaking. 

Christine Hollis, Property Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant

Christine Hollis has been in the real estate field for over 25 years as property manager, executive and personal assistant, and office manager. Her experience includes industrial, commercial and residential.  She is also active in the management of her family’s leased ranch/farm in Arizona, and helped managed her family owned mobile home park. 

Prior to joining the Granger Company in 2006, Christine worked as a Community Relations Manager (volunteer management and event planning) in a non-profit cancer advocacy organization for seven years. 

 

Christine has lived in the South Bay area since 1960, and resides there with her husband.  They have two boys (young men).
