The Granger Company is looking for a motivated real estate agent and broker to assist clients in the buying and selling of industrial and commercial properties in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional people skills and is goal-oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, professional, and energetic. Applicants should want to make real estate sales their primary, full-time career. Candidates are required to have an undergraduate college degree, and to work on site in Carson, California. We prefer applicants with the following qualifications (although they are not required):
- California Real Estate License*
- Bi-lingual (Chinese, Korean and/or Spanish)
- Real estate internship or related experience
- Sales experience
- Strong personal/business network
- Active community involvement
- Computer skills
*A candidate will be required to get a California Real Estate License within 6 months of hire.
Compensation is based on commissions only. You will have full control over your earning potential, as there is no limit to how much you can earn in real estate sales.
